Heard Mr.Hari Kishan, for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioners pray for the following relief: "...........Writ of Mandamus challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering the application dated 15-03-2018, in form 6 (a) of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for entry in revenue record and issuance of Pattadar Pass Book/Title Deed covered by the land an extent of Ac.2.10 gts in Survey No.478/2,3,5,12 and 13 situated at Korutla Village & Mandal, Jagityal District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to amend the Record of Right and issue Pattadar Pass book and Title Deed to the petitioners forthwith........"
On 06.07.2018, the writ petition, at the request of Assistant Government Pleader, was adjourned to enable him to get written instructions from the office of respondent No.3/Tahsildar.
The instructions in No.B/279/2008 dated 23.07.2018, received from the office of 3rd respondent are placed on record.
By referring to written instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader submits that the subject matter of the writ petition has been resumed by the Government vide proceedings dated 19.03.2008 and the reply to the petitioners' application dated 15-03-2018 will be given by 3rd respondent within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
