Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitting that based on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 11.11.2019 to the Station House Officer, Kethepalli Police Station, Nalgonda District - respondent No.6, a case has been registered by the authorities concerned, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect he has also made an endorsement on the case file.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
