The Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the responde.nls under Section 1O to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, for violation and wilful disobedience in implementing the order of this Court dated 18.07.2022 passed in W.p.No.2899Z of 2022 ald to pass such other order or orders.

Learned Government Pleader has furnished a copy of the order passed by the respondents dated 02.11.2023 rejecting the representation of the petitioner.
J Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.11.2023- There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
