HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT AND HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No. 29914 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Vide present Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents 2 to 6 to produce Mr. A.Arvind before this Court.

In the additional counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that the said A.Arvind was arrested on 24.11.2016 in connection with Crime No. 682 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Panjagutta, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC and sent to judicial custody.

In view of the facts recorded herein above, no orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
