Sri M. Venkat Divakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to take appropriate action including approaching this court as and when any adverse order is made against him.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as sought for. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
