HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18883 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in issuing impugned proceedings in Rc.No.4998/C2/2003 dated 01.09.2003 appointing respondent No.4 as his nominee for the purpose of filling of the aided teacher posts in the petitioner institution as illegal and contrary to A.P. Education Act, 1982 and G.O.Ms.No.1 Education (P.S.2) dated 01.01.1994.

2. This Court by order dated 08.09.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.23603 of 2003 passed following order:

"Interim directions as prayed for.

This, however, will not prevent the District Education Officer to nominate a person from Education department"

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of above interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
