THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34149 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not supplying the commodities to the petitioner who is running Fair Price Shop No.101 of Karimnagar Town and District even though the authorization of the petitioner is in subsistence.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of oral instructions, submits that the authorization of the petitioner is in subsistence and it is not suspended. If that is so, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to supply the commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.101 of Karimnagar Town and District so long as the authorization of the petitioner subsists. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
