The Criminal Appeal was posted on 09.11.2017. There was no representation for the appellant. Even though the matter is posted today in the caption 'For Dismissal', none appeared. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal. As per the material placed on record, the Court below dismissed the complaint as the appellant failed to comply with the conditional order, dated 04.10.2006. The finding of the Court below is based on record. There is nothing to take a different view. The Criminal Appeal is devoid of merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
