O R D E R

Alleging that respondents 2 and 3 are not conducting investigation against the unofficial respondents 4 and 5 on the allegations of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, producing copy of FIR. No.104/2018 dated 07.07.2018, submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, crime was registered under Sections 468 read with 471 IPC and investigation is in progress. He stated that delay in registering of crime occurred due to verification of the issue in connection with previous agreements. In view of above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, to take further action in the matter in accordance with law.
