HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24146 of 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been contended by both the counsel that four of the petitioners i.e., petitioner Nos.7, 8, 10 & 15, have been absorbed as artisans and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition so far as petitioner Nos.7, 8, 10 & 15 are concerned, does not survive and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2.

As far as other petitioners are concerned, if their cases are rejected and they are not absorbed in any suitable posts, it is always open for them to initiate appropriate proceedings seeking their remedies, in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
