No representation for the revision petitioner. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 27.08.2015, in CMA.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, whereby and whereunder, the appeal preferred against the order, dated 17.08.2015, in I.A.No.267 of 2015 in O.S.No.126 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, was allowed. The said I.A was filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of CPC seeking ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent - defendant and its office bearers or anybody claiming through the respondent from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property.

The status report relating to the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2015 placed by the Registry would show that the suit was decreed with costs on 19.02.2018. Therefore, the present revision has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the present revision stand closed.
