This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A5, A10 and A11 in Crime No.159 of 2014 of Macherla Town Police Station, Guntur District, for the offences under Sections 498-A, 307, 420, 109, 376, 511 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Granting permission to do so, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
