This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 13.06.2016 passed in E.P.No.1 of 2014 in O.S.No.178 of 2012 on the file of Junior Civil Judge Court, Madhira, Khammam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court closed E.P.No.1 of 2014 on 07.08.2017. In view of the closure of E.P.No.1 of 2014, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
