This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner-respondent challenging the warrant issued by the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Huzurabad (for short, 'the Court below'), in Criminal M.P.No. 812 of 2016 in M.C.No. 18 of 2012 authorizing his arrest.

The said warrant was issued by the Court below to arrest the petitioner-respondent if he failed to pay a sum of Rs.1,18,500/ - towards the arrears of maintenance payable to respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

At the outset, it must be said that the present petition is not maintainable to quash the warrant issued by the Court below since the petitioner has not filed any revision against the order in M.C.No. 18 of 2012 but he simply seeks to quash the warrant. Therefore, this Court while dismissing this petition directs the petitioner to appear before the Court below on or before 19-07-2018 and submit his response to Criminal M.P.No. 812 of 2016 and till then, the warrant issued by the Court below shall remain in abeyance.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
