HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 22969 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 28.03.2018 in O.A.No. 2045 of 2015 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused of the impugned order, we find no illegality or perversity in the findings recorded by the Tribunal, as such, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent appellate authority as provided under Rule 26(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 challenging the proceedings dated 16.03.2015 issued by the Director of Town and Country Planning, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On such appeal being filed, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing the appeal, and the decision

SKK,J & AKS,J WP_22969_2018 taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
