Sri P.Chenchu Ramaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter, dated 31.01.2020, to the Registry stating that his clients wish to withdraw the writ petition and thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the matter.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
