THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the petitioner's lorry bearing No.AP 16 TE 2526 without following any procedure known to law, as arbitrary, illegal, ultra vires and violative of Articles 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the above vehicle from the custody of the respondents forthwith."

At the hearing, Ms. Manjusha Bharadwarj, learned counsel representing Mr. Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.45320 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
