CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.24404 of 2017 Dt: 07.08.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by Order, dated 20-06-2017, in OA.No.1527 of 2017 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), whereby the Tribunal has dismissed the said OA filed by the petitioner against Order, dated 12-06-2017, reverting him from the post of District Fire Officer to the post of Assistant District Fire Officer with retrospective effect i.e., from 22-05-2013.

As this Court has not shown its inclination to entertain this Writ Petition, Ms. Elipe Shanthasree, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as proposals for creation of supernumerary post of District Fire Officer are pending with respondent No.1, his client may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition and the OA itself to enable him to pursue with respondent No.1.

In the light of the above request, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw both OA.No.1527 of 2017 and also the present Writ Petition to enable him to pursue the matter with respondent No.1. Accordingly, O.A.No.1527 of 2017 on the file of the Tribunal and the present Writ Petition are dismissed as withdrawn.
