THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23032 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Counsellor with reference to Sexually Transmitted infection/ Reproduction Track Infection in District Hospital, Nandyal on 06.08.2009. In the year 2011, he was posted on deputation at ICTC, Dhone, Kurnool District. The petitioner was working 15 days at ICTC, Dhone and 15 days at District Hospital, Nandyal. According to petitioner, there is no Counsellor at PPTC, Nandyal and he continues to be incharge. He intends to be transferred to Adoni. Ventilating his personal grievance because of the dual assignment given to him and the hardship being caused to him in travelling between Nandyal and Adoni, he made a representation on 10.07.2017 to the 2nd respondent to transfer him to Adoni. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that the said representation was made by the petitioner ventilating his personal grievance and requesting for transfer to Adoni, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
