Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring GO Ms.No. 57, Revenue (Asn.IV) Department dated 20th January, 2009 and GO Ms.No. 273, Revenue (Asn.IV) Department dated 24th February, 2009 alienating an extent of Ac. 471-00 of land in Survey Nos. 70 and 174 in Sultanpur Village of Patancheru Mandal, Medak District and an extent of Ac. 10500 Gts. of land in Survey No.

210, in Madharam Village, Jinnaram Mandal, Medak District respectively in favour of APIIC limited for Hyderabad Economic Project, the fourth respondent herein as illegal, contrary to the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Alienation of State Lands and Land Revenue Rules, 1975, arbitrary, void ab initio, opposed to public policy and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India as also the consequential GO Ms.No. 46 Industries and Commerce (INF) Department dated 7-2-2009 extending certain concessions to M/s RAK Investment Authority, United Arab Emirates as opposed to public policy and arbitrary. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated.

& 30-01-2012 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Mohan Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P. for Revenue for the Respondents 1 to 3, Sri B.P.Mohan, Advocate for the Respondent No.4 and of G.P. for Industries & Commerce for the Respondent No.5, the Court made the following ORDER:

" Learned counsel for the State Government says that in view of the order dated 3-3-2009 ordering maintenance of status-quo, Government has not taken a decision.

We make it clear that the order dated 3-3-2009 does not restrain the Government from taking any decision in the matter. List on 16-07-2012."
