Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and it is stated that he also filed letter, dated 31-12-2014 before the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
