ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed questioning the docket order dated 21.07.2017 passed in E.P.No.45 of 2017 in ACP No.50 of 2016 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Srikakulam, directing attachment of salary of Judgment Debtors 3 to 5, petitioners 3 to 5 herein.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for petitioners and admitted to by learned counsel for respondents that the subject matter of this petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in C.R.P.Nos.5236, 5741 and 5753 of 2016 dated 14.03.2017, wherein the Division Bench held that the decree holder is at liberty to make an application to the Registrar for execution and on filing such application, the Registrar shall issue the certificate and forward the said application to the Court or revenue authority at the option of the decree holder. The Division Bench further held that the execution Courts, in which the E.Ps., pertaining to the judgment debtors are filed, are directed to return the petitions presented by the decree holder, with a liberty to get the applications forwarded to the civil Court, through the Registrar along with the certificate issued by the Registrar. 3.

In the circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the orders passed by this Court in C.R.P.Nos.5236, 5741 and 5753 of 2016 dated 14.03.2017. No order as to costs.

MSKJ,J C.R.P.No.4201 of 2017 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
