This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.01.10.2019 passed in WP.No.21750 of 2019, wherein this Court directed the respondents to pass orders considering the representation of the petitioner and return the stocks, if any taken custody from the shop in question.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation submits that representation of the petitioner was considered and stocks were returned vide proceedings dt.11.12.2019.
