It is stated by the counsel for the revision petitioner that the connected CRP.Nos.4792 of 2016 and 4848 of 2016 were dismissed by this Court on 25.11.2016 and that in view of dismissal of the said revisions, this revision does not survive. 2.

In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed for the reasons alike as in the above Revisions. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
