HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.277 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed with a prayer to punish the respondent under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willfully and deliberately violating order, dated 18.11.2016, passed by this Court in WP No.39896 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that order, dated 18.11.2016, passed by this Court in WP No.39896 of 2016 is complied with, by the respondent and therefore, the contempt case may be closed.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
