THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.7655 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition Nos.II to IV imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.6 in Crl.M.P.No.544 of 2022 in C.C.No.2592 of 2019 dated 26.05.2022 by the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.6 in the case filed by the WPS Begumpet for the offences under Sections 498-A and 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act. The petitioner was granted regular bail by XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad on 26.05.2022 on the following conditions: i) The petitioner is allowed on furnishing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court.
ii) Further the petitioner is directed not to leave the State till the disposal of the case without the permission of the Court.
iii) Further she is directed to appear before the Court personally or through her counsel on every adjournment.
iv) Further she is directed to deposit her passport before this Court.
v) Further she is directed to give her full address particulars for future communication.
The present petition is filed seeking to relax the condition Nos.(ii) to (iv).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had stayed the proceedings in C.C.No.2592 of 2019 against this petitioner in Crl.Petition No.5239 of 2022 which is filed for quashing of calendar case.

Taking into consideration of the afore said submission, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the condition Nos.(ii) to (iv) imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.6 in Crl.M.P.No.544 of 2022 in C.C.No.2592 of 2019 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is permitted to go to USA on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with one surety. Further, the petitioner shall return back within six months from the date of this order. Since permission is granted to the petitioner to travel USA, the concerned Court shall
return her passport to the petitioner to enable her to travel. After completion of six months period, the petitioner shall re-deposit the passport before the concerned Court.
