This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.18805 of 2019, dated 28.08.2019, by the respondent No.2. Vide the order dated 28.08.2019 passed in the writ petition, the respondent No.2 was directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 28.08.2019.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal has been disposed of by respondent No.2 and hence the contempt case does not survive.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
