Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that there are some typographical mistakes in the affidavit and seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a better affidavit with all the details. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner.
