M. Rama Krishna, v. The Northen Power Distribution Company Ltd.
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.15982 OF 2006 ORDER:
The petitioners complain against the inaction in considering the case of petitioners by reckoning the service rendered as Contract Labour, as illegal and unconstitutional. On 01.08.2006 in WPMP No.19917 of 2006, the following interim order was issued:
"Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in similar matter in W.P. No. 16339 of 2006 interim directions were granted on 25-07-2006.
In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Lineman, by applying the Principles laid down by the Supreme Court in UPSRTC Vs. U.P. Parrivahan N.S.B.Sangh, pending further orders."
This Court is of the view that the interim direction has substantially worked out the writ prayer and consequently no further order is necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. _______________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:31.08.2016 Stp
