Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in taking action on the complaints of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018 and 23.05.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Karepalli Police Station, Khammam District, stating that based on the complaints of the petitioner cases in Cr.No.83 of 2018 dated 26.5.2018 and Cr.No.96 of 2018 dated 15.06.2018, were registered and investigation is taken up. Recording the above statement of the 3rd respondent, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
