Bhosale) On 10.12.2014, this Court had directed the petitioner to take steps for amendment of the cause title. On 17.12.2014, the writ petition was adjourned since amendment was not carried out, making it clear that if steps are not taken within a week from the date of the order the writ petition would stand dismissed. Steps are not taken till today to amend the cause title.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
