THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1377 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.149 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Medipally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered under Sections 406, 420, 498(A) and 494 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed the charge sheet before the Court concerned.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
