Heard.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that her application made under Form 6-A on 10-02-2014 for grant of pattadar pass books is not being considered by the 4th respondent in spite of paying requisite fee through Mee-Seva. A copy of the application made under Form 6-A is produced as Ex.P-1.

Since the petitioner's application is required to be considered within 45 days, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application as aforesaid and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, preferably within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
