HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 55 of 2017 O R D E R:- Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 and A5, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to approach the Court below. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that earlier bail application filed by the petitioners was already dismissed by this Court, and thereafter, almost all the witnesses are examined and the trial Court shall consider his application on merit without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
