Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after advancing some arguments, has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a Review Petition before the Tribunal.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to file Review Petition before the Tribunal, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such review petition being filed, the same shall be entertained without raising any objections for the delay in filing such review. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
