OFFICE NOTE 13.10.2025 SKS, J I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2025 I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed with a prayer to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.P.No.10630 of 2025 vide order dated 12.09.2025 for a further period of four weeks so as to enable the petitioner to comply with the said order. It is further prayed to reduce the surety amount of Rs.10,000/- each, with that of two sureties.

I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court, permitting the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class cum Junior Civil Judge, Boath, instead of, the Station House Officer, Echoda Police Station.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the submissions made and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the

accompanying affidavit, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these Interlocutory Applications with the below observations:

 the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class cum Junior Civil Judge, Boath, instead of, the Station House Officer, Echoda Police Station ;

 the condition imposed in the order dated 12-09-2025 is modified to the extent that the surety amount is reduced from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/- with two sureties of likesum each, to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Boath.

 the time granted to the petitioner for surrender is extended by a period of four (4) weeks from 26-09-2025.

Accordingly, these interlocutory applications are disposed of.
