This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order, dated 22.06.2017, passed in Rc.No.A/ 208/ 2017, by the Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Kamepally, Khammam District.

There is no representation for the respondents 2 to 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order was passed on 22.06.2017. About eight months have elapsed. The 2nd respondent may be directed to terminate the proceedings within two (02) months from today. 4 .

In view of the circumstances narrated, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete enquiry and terminate the proceedings within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
