The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the respondent authorities not passing orders on his application for grant of a mining lease in respect of laterite over the unsurveyed hill portion admeasuring Ac.40-63 cents in Survey No.532 of Thorada Village, Nathavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

2. This Court had occasion to deal with a similar writ petition No.34231 of 2015. A copy of the order dated 29.10.2015 passed therein is placed on record.

3. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the above order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to take action in accordance with law upon the application dated 20.08.2009

filed by the petitioner for grant of a mining lease in respect of the said land within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
