This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E Ramesh Chandra Goud, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri K. Amarnath Reddy, Advocate for the Respondent No.2.

1, THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7719 OF 2OI9 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.l & 2 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.33 of 20 18 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kodargal. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 34 1, 354(A)(D) and 504 of IPC.

None appears for the petitioners. Perused the record. 3.
The crime is of the year 2Ol7 . As seen from the proceeding sheet, no interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed earlier. The stage in the trial Court is not known, this Court is not inclined to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, in case arty cause survives
