ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Circular Memo

No.K3/33700/2007, dated:

27.11.2007 issued by the Commissioner, Endowments Department, applying the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 to all the Charitable, Hindu Religious and Endowments Institutions including Sri Dantuluri Jagannadha Raju Choultry (DJR Choultry), Bheemavaram Town and Mandal, West Godavari District as bad, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the said Act and ultravires Articles 25 & 26 of Constitutions of India and consequentially to set-aside the same by declaring that the Right to Information Act 22 of 2005 has no application to the Sri Dantuluri Jagannadha Raju Choultry (DJR Choultry), Bheemavaram Town and Mandal, West Godavari District."

At the hearing, Sri V.S.K.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition in his individual capacity instead of in the name of the Choultry.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46485 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
