THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.851 OF 2016

O R D E R

This contempt case was filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 29.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15380 of 2016. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home however states that after passing of the aforestated order, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chikkadapalli Police Station, Hyderabad, has issued notice dated 09.05.2016 to the petitioner informing him that his complaint had been enquired into and it was found to be purely civil in nature. He was advised to approach the Court of law for redressal of his grievance. In this view of the matter, this Court finds no reason to exercise contempt jurisdiction.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law. No order as costs.
