HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5682 of 2013 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.115 of 2013 on the file of Karimnagar-II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 08.11.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar-II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar, vide S.C.No.133 of 2017. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
