This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action against the 3rd respondent, pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 16.11.2019, and not stopping ongoing illegal constructions by the 3rd respondent in Survey Nos.565, 566, 567 and 568 situated at Rallaguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to stop the ongoing illegal constructions by the 3rd respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

On instructions, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that in response to the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.11.2019, the authorities concerned have already issued provisional notice on 21.11.2019 and thereafter, confirmation notice on 28.11.2019 to the 3rd respondent. He further submitted that further action will be taken against the 3rd respondent as per the Rules.

Recording the said submission, and since the respondent authorities have acted upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.11.2019, the Writ Petition is closed.
