ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forests for respondents. The petitioner is doing carpentry business by engaging carpenters in the shop situated at Bodhan Road, Nizamabad District. He purchased a Saw Mill including the machinery i.e., one Horizontal and one Vertical bend saw, and Timber Depot situated at Kanteshwar, Nizamabad, which was in the name and style of Ashapura Saw Mill and Timber Depot. The licence was renewed up to 31.12.2015. After purchasing the same, the petitioner submitted an application on 2.05.2015 which was received by the 2nd respondent on 4.05.2015 seeking permission for shifting of saw mill from Katenshwar to Gopanpally and also sought for change of name as 'Saif Saw Mill' instead of 'Ashapura Saw Mill and Timber Depot'. Complaining that the 2nd respondent has not acted upon the said application, the present writ petition is filed.

Since the writ petition is filed for a short relief of disposal of the representation alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner on 02.05.2015 to the 2nd respondent, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation dated 2.05.2015 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
