Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioner claims that aggrieved by wrong entries made in the revenue records reflecting the name of 5th respondent on land to an extent of Ac.5-00 in Sy.No.856 of Rudraram Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District, petitioner preferred appeal in the year 2017, which according to learned counsel for the petitioner was assigned Number as ROR Appeal No.A3/5179/2017. Alleging that the said appeal is not disposed of, so far, this writ petition is filed.

Petitioner enclosed copy of the notice dated 26.10.2019 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, to hold enquiry on 15.11.2019. It appears there was no hearing held on that day. Alleging that unnecessarily, the matter is being dragged on, this writ petition is filed.

Since the notice dated 26.10.2019 discloses that the appeal is of the year 2017, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer-3rd respondent, to expedite the hearing of appeal and dispose of the same, by affording due opportunity to petitioner and 5th respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of
