Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not handing over the possession of house sites allotted by respondent No.2 to the petitioners in B.Block, Swarna Barathi Nagar, Guntur vide R.C.No.8470/ 2001/ G1, dated 30.06.2001 by conducting enquiry in pursuance of petitioners' representations dated 25.10.2010, 11.03.2013 and 30.03.2015, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation made by the petitioners on 30.03.2015, seeking to handover the house sites

allotted to them may be considered in accordance with law, as early as possible.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if such representation is still pending, respondent No.4 may be directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. 6.

Having regard to the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to dispose of representation dated 30.03.2015, made by the petitioners seeking allotment of house sites in B.Block, Swarna Barathi Nagar, Guntur vide R.C.No.8470/ 2001/ G1, dated 30.06.2001, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
