Heard learned senior counsel Sri V.Ravikiran Rao for petitioners, and learned counsel Sri M.V.Pratap Kumar for respondents.

Against an order passed by the Civil Court under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'Act 1996') the remedy of appeal is provided under Section 37 of the Act, 1996. Petitioners filed these Civil Revision Petitions, without availing the remedy of appeal as provided under Section 37 of the Act, 1996.

Having regard to the provision contended in Section 37 of the Act, 1996, learned senior counsel Sri V.Ravikiran Rao, appearing for petitioners, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions, with liberty to file fresh appeals. 4.

Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to petitioners to avail the remedy provided under Section 37 of the Act, 1996.

- 3 - Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
