THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2322 Of 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 10.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.352 of 2015 in S.R.O.P.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional District Judge Mahabubnagar. Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

The apprehension of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the observations made in the order passed in I.A.No.352 of 2015 may effect the rights of the petitioner at the time of trial in the main O.P.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties, in one voice submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the S.R.O.P as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by both counsel, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of S.R.O.P.No.2 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without being influenced by any of the observations made by it in the order passed in I.A.No.352 of 2015, more particularly, with regard to the aspect of forgery of signatures is concerned.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
