Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on completion of investigation, the police laid charge sheet before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, and the same was assigned C.C.No.809 of 2014 and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
