HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5035 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the notification dated 4.2.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent postponing the elections to the Executive Committee of Mastya Parisramik Sahakara Sangham, Pedamandava Village, Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam District. Heard Sri V.R.Avula, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries and Cooperation. The main grievance of the petitioners is that the respondentsauthorities are postponing the elections to the Executive Committee of Mastya Parisramik Sahakara Sangham, Pedamandava Village, Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam District from time to time. Earlier when the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Pleaders sought time for getting instructions. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, submitted that the elections to the Executive Committee would be conducted in accordance with the law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
